Front Carrier Assembly

Required Tools:

  • Front Carrier Basket
  • Front Carrier Plate
  • Allen Key #5
  • Allen Key #4
  • Allen Key #3
  • Wrench
  • M5x25mm screw (2x)
  • M5x16mm screw (1x)
  • M5 nut (1x)

Step 1

Release the M5x10mm screw on the cable guide with the #4 Allen key.

Release the two screws on the front carrier with #3 Allen key. 

 

Step 3

(For X2 only. If you have a VanMoof S2, please proceed to Step 4.)

Stick EVA foam 65x50x1mm on the metal tube.

Tighten the M5x25mm screws with #3 Allen key.

Tighten the M5x16mm screw and M5 nut with #3 Allen key and #8 wrench.

Tighten the M5x10mm screw and cable guide together with #4 Allen key.
